Yvonne has been my fulltime student for four years now, and she has already opened two exhibitions with great success.

She is strong, disciplined, and she never missed a lesson. I have never seen her sitting down for a single minute; she is working every minute she has.

She is already very professional except her common problem with continues small strokes. This makes her pictures looking cheap. One week she is coming with a great picture, next week she is coming with her common problem again.

My conclusion is that she does not see the difference between these two pictures. If she understands this all doors will be open for her as a great artist. She is a good designer, and fantastic detail maker. However she do not have the capacity to make free strokes from material to material, and she is weak with the warm to cold balance. She knows her problems, and I hope it is a matter of time before she gets rid of them. After that nothing is left from me as a teacher.
